Above and Beyond Pediatrics is a home based therapy company that works with the birth to three population. We provide developmental and speech therapy in Cook County, mostly in southern Chicago and the suburbs.
Company History
Melissa has been a Developmental therapist since 2001 and opened up Above and Beyond in 2006. We are currently a company of developmental and speech therapists. Melissa got started in this job due to her daughter needed therapy and her husband is currently in school to also become a speech therapist.
Benefits
We offer flexibility with the amount of time you want to work and your hours. You are able to set up your own schedule, fax in your timesheet and notes, and receive direct deposit pay checks. We have quarterly times where we meet whether it be at the company picnic, Christmas party, or therapy sharing techniques meetings. We do email or text frequently during the week. Once you start seeing 15 clients you will receive $50 towards trainings or therapy tools a month. Once you start seeing 30 clients you will receive medical benefits.
