This includes Chicago and all its surrounding suburbs. Our company is located in the Chicago area. We personally know our clients and the staff we hire are supported by us right here. You do not have depend on any one else from another state that is not familiar with you or the placement you are in. All our therapists hold state licenses and or Teacher Certification.

Company History
Horizons Rehabilitation Services, Ltd. was founded in 1987. It is singly operated by Eileen M. Tokarz. She received her Bachelor's degree at Northern Illinois University and Master's of Science at The University of Illinois, in Speech/Language Pathology. In October 2010 she was elected woman of the year be the National Association of Professional Women. Horizons was developed with the commitment to provide compassionate quality care for our clients, using proven methodologies within each discipline.
